Being a long term partner of Diageo GTME, they came to us wanting to understand and measure standards of execution for the alcohol category on a regular basis. The brief was to visit more than 150 stores on a bi-monthly basis and then create a tool for reporting and analysis that was easy and intuitive to use.
What We Did
Working with our partner agencies across the globe, we established and continue to implement a regular store audit programme in more than x stores bi-monthly. Using iPad technology to capture audit data, we then built a bespoke reporting and analysis tool that holds captured data and a range of other key commercial measures needed in the business, creating an intelligence platform that now sits on the desktop of every GTME executive.
