CiR contribute to TFWA Insight and Research Workshops

CiR are excited to be taking part in the first Research Workshop to be run by TFWA in Cannes, in addition to participation in the Inflight Focus Workshop.
CiR were delighted to partner with TFWA in producing a series of Category Reports exclusively for TFWA members throughout 2015. Findings from the series will be shared with members in a Research Workshop taking place tomorrow Wednesday 21st October 18:00 - 19:00 in Auditorium K of the Palais des Festivals.
Alison Hughes, Research Director, will present highlights and key findings during the session, "It will provide an interesting comparison across the categories, to demonstrate key differences in how shoppers and buyers behave within the categories, and what motivates them to purchase" explained Hughes. Shopper interviews took place in four key airports - Amsterdam Schiphol, New York JFK, Dubai International and Singapore Changi, and targeted shoppers of six key categories - alcohol, beauty, confectionery, tobacco, watches & jewellery, and fashion & accessories. The workshop will also include highlights from TFWA's Airport Insight Series, conducted by m1nd-set.
In addition, CiR will be presenting findings from their 2015 Inflight Duty Free report at the Inflight Focus workshop also being hosted by TFWA. The workshop, taking place tomorrow Wednesday 21st October 08:00 - 09:00 at Salon Croisette, Hotel Majestic, covers key findings into this market segment, now estimated to be worth over $3billion per annum.
