CiR launches Brand Ambassador Optimisation Tool

CiR are delighted to announce the launch of the Brand Ambassador Optimisation Tool, designed to optimise the presence and effectiveness of Brand Ambassors within the store environment.
Developed within the Global Traveller Statistics area of the CiR Business Lounge product, the enhanced traveller statistics allow brands and retailers to optimise the way brand ambassadors are deployed and managed.
Providing data to terminal level, users are able to identify which nationalities are travelling through key airport terminals, with data being represented by day of week and time of day. Combining the data with future airline route schedules, also available through CiR Business Lounge, allows users to analyse future passenger traffic and plan staff according to peak trading periods.
The new module is now available via the Business Lounge on line intelligence hub and is being used by manyof our clients to plan their staffing strategies.
